Are OLEVS watches authentic and what is the quality of the movement?
Yes, all watches purchased from the OLEVS Official Store are 100% authentic. We utilize high-quality Japanese quartz and automatic movements to ensure precision, durability, and long-lasting performance for every timepiece.
Are the watches water-resistant?
Most OLEVS watches feature a water resistance rating of 3ATM (30 meters), which protects against splashes, rain, and hand washing. However, they are not designed for swimming, diving, or hot showers.
How long does shipping take and is there a tracking number?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package's progress in real-time.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team immediately for a full refund or replacement.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Every OLEVS watch comes with a 1-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, battery replacement, or damage caused by accidents or misuse.
How do I adjust the stainless steel strap to fit my wrist?
Many of our metal strap watches include a complimentary link removal tool. You can follow the included instruction manual to adjust the size at home, or visit any local watch repair shop for professional adjustment.
